You need 3 hands to fold a zapp impossible to do whilst holding a baby!Or maybe that's just me

ridingjoker · 26/02/2009 19:55

takes 2 hands and a foot i found

pebbles79 · 26/02/2009 19:59

So not that easy then? I'm looking for something that's very easy to fold when you spot a bus coming, lol! I need to fold the pram to get on a bus if I want to use the bus stop next to my house.

ridingjoker · 26/02/2009 20:52

you need an umbrella folder then.

zapp

press buttons 1&2
fold top down.
kick button 3 all the way down.
fold in tight

and no handle to carry on bus

nicolamumof3 · 26/02/2009 20:55

an umbrella would be easier to take on bus, i love my zapp it is dead easy to fold down but kind of awkward to carry, why on earth they don't put a clip on it to hold it together would be much better if they did. once you get the hang of the fold its dead easy. i love mine.

DivamakesKimchi · 26/02/2009 20:57

nicola, totally forgot to tel you i collected parcel up from sorting office. thank you.

Disenchanted3 · 26/02/2009 20:58

I hated Zapps.

BexieID · 26/02/2009 21:04

I didn't like the Zia or Zapp. Although, if the Zia fad the same build quality as the Zapp, and had air wheels and higher handles, it would be better. The Zapia!

BexieID · 26/02/2009 21:05

Micralite Fastfold is quick at folding down. And it freestands when folded.

pebbles79 · 26/02/2009 21:14

I know an umbrella fold is probably best but I just don't like them, lol! So glad that my DD is tiny so that I can get away with not having to use a stroller for longer.

BexieID · 26/02/2009 21:21

Mac wheels

nicolamumof3 · 26/02/2009 21:24

i love my zapp i know lets hate them but i can't work out why, i know they don't lie back but its not like you'd have them as your main pushchair? so if you were expecting baby to sleep take something else? i love mine for round shops so light and nippy. love the colours, love the simplicity of it. never had it tip or any probs like people say.

ridingjoker · 26/02/2009 21:25

i loved mine with the maxi cosi car seat on it.

nicolamumof3 · 26/02/2009 21:27

yep im thinking of getting some adapters, just so i can use a maxi cosi on it! and im not even expecting or planning anymore thats forward planning eh?!!

ridingjoker · 26/02/2009 21:28

you should have got the adapters free with the pram if you bought BN

nicolamumof3 · 26/02/2009 21:36

nope i didn't get them. im getting some from holly (hollandnoah) for a fiver so thats ok.

nappyaddict · 26/02/2009 21:57

I won the bee for £171.88 but the P&P is £35.99.

nicolamumof3 · 26/02/2009 22:00

Disenchanted3 · 26/02/2009 22:02

Shes had a family issue so had to travel away from home but is returning at the weekend so will be posting cam on Monday

nappyaddict · 26/02/2009 22:04
