MrsMagooo · 23/01/2009 19:14

Yeah it's called Midnight - sort of deep ocean/teal colour with navy - very hard to describe but is a lovely colourway

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 19:15

ok can't get on msn at work to speak to her but will later and let you know.

MrsMagooo · 23/01/2009 19:30

sal1309 · 23/01/2009 19:50

hi all

well ive had a very busy but nice day today have loved running round snakes and ladders with dd lol

maclaren think id be looking at £260 for the gecko and its red but not 100% sure i want to part with it lol i love it but dd too big and god knows when we will have another but id like to try the cam but not sure what the difference is between them lol

elmo the xt looks great

carrielou2007 · 23/01/2009 20:33

Am very as have sold some of my bugaboo bits (I really needed to move on...) so happy to have sold them but sad will never had dd rear facing in such comfort again...

So now have more than enough in pp for black xt (and still have 3 buggies to sell) shall I go for gold?????????

Not sure if I would get my monies worth so to speak with dd being such a lump and though I love my black quest it feels just a bit ordinary so to speak? I think the silver tipped handles may just do it??

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 20:38

yep get it carrielou, i've asked kiddicare to price match as seen it for £165. so am hoping the well tho not heard back from them today?

had text from kiddicare and mine is despatched yippeeee!

i still want dazzle tho too, where has debbie gone?

elmo...xt looks fab with the pink am loving the wheels and the large pockets too!

elmoandella · 23/01/2009 20:53

get iiiiiiiiiiiit carrie. i've got kids in bed and have mine out again for a quick swoon.

going to be a good girl and put it away till i need a single

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 20:58

oh no way not til April?????

i can't wait to take mine out tuesday. im trying to get tate to walk further but he gets so tired. but i use it when he's at nursery as he now goes 4 mornings or just for short trips.

am still in love with my zapp anyway atm!

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 20:59

oh mrs.m asked about buzz but not colour she is after im afraid xx

4andnotout · 23/01/2009 21:02

You lot are so bad, i keep swooning over Elmo's xt and now i cant stop looking at this Obviously i cant have a single as dd3 is only 16 months and dd4 13 weeks. I dont need a side by side though as have the mb already, i should be getting a tandem to keep in the boot of the car...but i keep going back and drooling over it It hasn't got as nice handles though and is v.expensive and a bit over my £100 budget

elmoandella · 23/01/2009 21:03

not till april. sometimes if just going to butchers or if i have someone to walk with ds then i can use single. i think the xt should fit in boot with powertwin too. so i dont need to switch when i need a single. just throw the xt in and take it out when i get home.

elmoandella · 23/01/2009 21:05

4and what kind of tandem you after? the double xt has not those damn foam handles again!!!!!

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 21:09

i know for that money why the hell aren't they putting the nice handles on the double?? they really should.

i loved my maclaren side by side, had a twin triumph when ds3 was about 6m it was fab for about 6m but when ds3 was one it was getting to heavy so sold it and got p&t. it was a lovely pushchair tho folded small, had nice liners with it i would have another although if i'd had my time over with my doubles it think i may have tried a mb are they still really light with two lumps in?

4andnotout · 23/01/2009 21:10

im just going to get a buggy tandem, it is literally to keep in the car as we have a tiny boot and have to take the wheels off the mb each time, then i can leave my mb indoors permemnantly. Im trying to downsize, i am selling my pliko p3, m&p duette, and may freecyle a bruin stroller i have.

4andnotout · 23/01/2009 21:12

I have fallen in love all over again now dd4 is in a seat, it is black with pink angora and velevet buggysnuggles, they look gorge It was a total bargain too which always helps

elmoandella · 23/01/2009 21:12

there easy to push with 2 lumps. but as they get really big like mine they can be heavy going up hills. but very very easy to push.

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 21:13

oh i bet have you got pics??

i went through so many doubles, finally gave in to the p&t not sure why on earth i resisted so long as a dream to push and so handy round shops.

4andnotout · 23/01/2009 21:15

DD2 who is 3 can fit in lovely and it doesn't make it any harder to push. She sometimes hitches a ride if she has had a particularly stressful morning at pre-school

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 21:15

anythings going to be heavy tho with our age dc's elmo your's a similar age to mine?
Dec 05 and July 07 babies?
I am starting to feel tates weight now when he hops in p&t he's suddenly started sprouting and getting tall but he's a skinny minnie where as luka is a big fat lump (but totally adorable!)

carrielou2007 · 23/01/2009 21:17

Ok, now sold lots of bug stuff (though still will have to go down dreaded ebay route with the rest) and if I sell Dazzle to babyjj (bless her I put her off last week!!) the lulu guiness and black quest I could get the black xt?

I know this sounds really daft but if I get it (and don't take it outside) and don't like it the same day, can I send it back and just pay a charge to send it back??? (where was it to get it for 165?????)

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 21:17

lol sounds like tate 4and...he is not a fan of pushchairs he is now noticing if i've got a new one, i told him the lulu guinness maclaren was 'his' new pushchair just for him the other day at nursery so he would get in it. he likes his carries and is very spoilt by daddy. but i refuse to carry. its pushchair or walk with me.

4andnotout · 23/01/2009 21:19

I will have to take some pics, i have some on my mobile but have no idea how to transfer them onto my laptop

nicolamumof3 · 23/01/2009 21:19

yes you can carrie kiddicare will take back i sent back my pop in retro spot remember? i assembled it and put it together and didn't like.

will get you link for cheap one. with boots you might be able to take back to a store?

if babyjj doesn't want dazzle how much would you be looking for for it?

really want debbies tho as has new wheels! want to try one!
