dd1 is 8, dd2 is 3 they share a room

dd1 would sleep in darkness but doesn't mind a night light

dd2 would really like to have a night light
we had one but it was a china one that dh had when he was a kid and now doesn't work (lasted well though )

so we dont want tooo bright but very nice looking, cartoony, they like pink and purples, both very girly girls

hmmm was going to suggest ours until I saw that they were girly girls ... ds has a great vw beetle one that we got when we were on holiday in cornwall. They do loads of surfy designs but definitely not girly enough for your two!

I guess my l;ast sentence was meaning I didnt feel it needed to be stylish or fit in with room design

Gltc do one, solarcpowered so no batteries or electricity. Can have in various colours inc pink or purple.

hmm must re-read my post .. its actually a vw camper van .. though they did have beetles. It is china/ceramic and I love it! We went 2 years ago .. when we bought the night light and a vw pick up truck money box and last year we added to our collection with a pair of book ends (which were also money boxes) as they were soooooo cool in the shop. One half has since been smashed though unfortunately!

DD has this one from ikea. It has a low wattage bulb so just a pink glow round the room.

We have one of these for my DS and he loves it.

I know it's not girly girl but it is quite good. Not too bright but bright enough.

that is realy cute missisboot but not available online and we dont live near an ikea
much to my annoyance
