No idea about VB, but really, what do you think would happen if a woman got pregnant with a fourth child after three caesareans? Compulsory termination?

I heard she had microsort in Madrid. The Spanish allow sex selection fertility treatments.

Boy sperm and girl sperm spun in a test tube. Boy sperms float to the top or something like that. Then they do IUI with the girl sperm. It's not 100% but 95% or thereabouts.

Why is this in 'products'? Is she getting it from a factory?

It used to be said that once you had a 3rd section , it was wise to avoid getting pregnant again, as technically the subsequent section is very difficult (lots of adhesions)
Obviously though women do get pregnant and I believe that now, once you are pregnant with your 4th pregnancy following 3 X LSCSs,the obstetrician will do a T shaped incision in the uterus rather than a lower midline incision.
So yes , 4 is fine now

She hasn't been on the covers of the glossies for a while, so I sbet she's in Spain [secret obsessive, not of VB, but of her pregancies]
One of my old obs consultants did her first section, hence I am oddly fascinated by her birth history.
That I am impressed that she seems to really love having children and as many as possible even though she is thin, rish , famous etc etc (and so norm is to have just 1X pfb)

I've had 4 sections - I'm a lot larger than her though & have plenty of nice stretchy skin

I hope she does get a girl at some point.
