Mattreses - Latex, Foam or Hybrid?

I'm looking to replace our all foam mattress. It's a EuroKing size, 160 x 200 and has been really comfortable, although now it is sagging a bit where we have sat on the edges.
I'm tempted by a new all latex one, because they have a long life and can be flipped as well as rotated, but it seems rather heavy and we are neither as fit as we were, although it does have handles.
I have never had a hybrid mattress and wondered if anyone had any views on them as opposed to foam or latex.
My DP can sleep on anything but I need extra padding which I can achieve with a topper.
Any thoughts on the three options please?

Our latex mattress (Ikea) sunk in the middle, despite being turned and flipped etc. The replacement sprung mattress is sooooo comfortable, I would never go back to foam or latex.

I have a sprung mattress with a 30mm thick latex topper.

Latex is really heavy and flexible and a whole mattress of latex would be very hard to manipulate potentially.

Yes, I think I agree with you, but we've been happliy sleeping on a pure foam one for many years!
