Pill organiser that doesn't look like a pill organiser

Not sure whether this should be under shopping or health?
Anyway, I'm currently having to take tablets am and pm. Have been looking for an organiser that doesn't look like a pill organiser. There's plastic ones with the days written all over it in bright colours but I'd like something more discreet.
I've seen some on etsy but most don't appear to have the space for the number I have to take. I don't want to order one only to find I can't use it.
SO if you've found one that good please could you let me know where you bought it from please? Thanx

I have one of these, looks more like a protein shake bottle tbh.
I only have it for vitamins so have the same pills in each department but it has 7 so you could put a days worth in each.

That one looks like its from a scammer site at first, because they do one is £26, and 2 is £34, but the price is per item not "for 2".

I use a Filofax type thing with plastic pouches and just put a sheet of blister packs in labelled am or pm. I take a LOT of tablets though so it helps me stay organised. If I’m travelling I fill up a little antique silver pill pot for the day, which is beautiful. I’m a terrible scruff in RL but I love the leather on the Filofax and the slightly tarnished silver pill pot even if the rest of me is disreputable.

I like this idea.
I only need something for holidays, at home I use an ugly box. I take a lot of drugs and organising for a holiday is a big job. I usually take the original boxes in case airport security questions them. I also take more than a week's worth for a week, just in case. Along with my prescription and a translation of my medical condition and drugs. Bit ott perhaps but the translation came in useful last year when I needed medical attention.
