Please can someone clarify my rights
i purchased an online item and changed my mind
the retailer is refusing to accept the return instead offering A 15 percent discount
my understanding is that I am able to change my mind within 14 days ? The item is non perishable and not personalised
why are they being so difficult?

Yes, there is a whole website for hiring it for meetings. Not the mailbox.

It does appear that PopCard LLP has been dissolved, the most you can do is advise Companies house that they are still trading.

Don’t feel foolish. They will have been spamming Instagram massively with people pretending to use the product. The website is fake but convincing.

The main advice I’d give you is always check TrustPilot. There will be fake 5 star reviews but dozens of real 1 star ones, just like with this product.

I don’t think you should feel foolish either. It must work or they wouldn’t build whole websites and pay influencers to make videos.
