Summer clothes to beat the chub rub

I’m a size 12 but thighs are honestly huge in comparison. I struggle with shorts as nothing seems to be wide enough on my thighs or else is just hugely overly baggy! I love a floaty dress but have to double layer with cycling shorts which I just find uncomfortable. I’m happiest in jeans but they are just too hot when the weather is nice 😭

any suggestions??

The big bloomer company shorts are amazing. Don’t use fabric softener as they are moisture wicking. They keep you 1 degree cooler. The snag ones are rubbish imo. Also bandellettes are surprisingly good and stay in piece all day (as long as you measure properly).

I’m also a UK 12 with generous thighs and found the Big Bloomer things rolled all over the place. I have long cotton/jersey knickers from Amazon which are okay, but had surprisingly good results with a stick product called “Megababe thigh rescue” which I got from Cult Beauty. I was really sceptical as had tried stick deodorant and Lanacane which I didn’t rate, but it worked very well on hot days last year.
