yey! just got 3!!! BARGAIN! am a bit worried though cos have arranged to pick up at local store but it says in small print that the price i pay is the price the store is asking and NOT what ive been quoted!

Just had same problem bonkerz - was charged £9.99 when I went to collect it and its out of stock for me to order online too! Really annoyed.

Just got on phone to customer services and explained the situation - she was very sympathetic and said she would call the store tommorow and see what she could do for me. I know they say price you pay is the price in store but you cant have the same product for two different prices from the same store!! Its mad! Will let you know how I do tommorow! If not will be ringing Trading Standards Agency!

Just ordered another one on-line for Christmas present and went through ok at £4.99.

Ah seems they have run out of stock for home delivery, there are none in local store but have managed to locate it in a store 30m away - but i will phone first to check if it is £4.99 not £9.99

Ive just got 5 from my local store. Reserved last night for me and SIL and rang customer services to check price. She said they are 9.99 in store but they have been told to update and charg only 4.99.

pamina3 I phoned customer services and explained and they rang the store to inform them that it should be £4.99 and he told me to tell them if there were any worries when I went to collect it that it was in the Toytastic catalogue on page 3 and it is definitely £4.99! Hope that helps you out - am off to pick mine up in a mo - fingers crossed! What a pain though hey!

DH has gone to pick one up now and they tried to argue 9.99 but DH then saw it in catalogue as 4.99 so hopefully he will get for that
