Just collected my 2 items plus free toy (took a lot of overriding on the tills!!!)that's £48 worth for £10!!! Had to show the Toytastic catalogue, but they knew about the problem....apparently Argos keeps changing the price of them but can't argue with the published catalogue!!

Arghhhh, I spent 40 minutes arguing my case in Argos today! I was told it was 'My fault for reserving over the internet as the website and stores are not connected'...what!?!

I did get the three things in the end though... but what hard work.

collected one today. had to point out it was £4.99, she went to check it out back on the stores pc, then changed the price for us. loads of faffing about but got there in the end.

I just reserved two and the free toy online, It says £9.98 but will there be hassle when I go to collect, or should I just say that its £4.99 in the cataloge (which I have lost!!) and £4.99 online?

I got charged for the free toy!! Have just phoned up the customer service and appartently you can't buy two of the same playskool toy, to get the free toy. And if you go through the checkout the site will add the price of the free toy back on.
They are going to look into it, and address the problems, as 1. its doesn't say that you have pay two different toys 2. it says that you will only pay £9.98 online when its reserved.
I will be going back into town during the week to argue this out! wish me luck
