Where can I get a lunchbox from that doesn't have Bratz, Barbie or other shite on it?

Morrisons and Matalan do pinkones with cute kittens on.

nailpolish · 07/08/2007 09:48

tesco have plain pink ones

Cappuccino · 07/08/2007 09:49

there is some dreadful scottie dog doing the rounds

think I have seen that one in Asda

tbh Barbie is far preferable

oliveoil · 07/08/2007 09:49

ok, will have a look in Tesco's, not near a Morrison or Matalan

thanks

iota · 07/08/2007 09:51

polar gear

Cappuccino · 07/08/2007 09:51

ah you must sew one yourself

you must embroider 'mummy's little dahling' on it in silver thread

oliveoil · 07/08/2007 09:53

marshmallow one

MrsCarrot · 07/08/2007 09:53

paperchaes did some lovely ones last year, dd's was black with a retro flower pattern on, about five pounds. Monsoon do some unusual ones too. Everywhere else I looked were brands or pink kittens.

expatinscotland · 07/08/2007 09:53

DD1 has one with marshmallows on it. Got it in Lakeland. But she wanted the sandwich and snack containers with this awful Yorkshire terrier on them, with sweeties at its feet.

Ugh.

I don't like dogs.

goingfor3 · 07/08/2007 09:53

WHSmiths have pink or blue polar gear lunch bags for £2.99 if you spend more than £5 in there.

nailpolish · 07/08/2007 09:53

do you want just a lunchbox or a coolbox thingy

expatinscotland · 07/08/2007 09:54

Snap, that's the one DD1 has! There's also a red one with Smarties on it.

oliveoil · 07/08/2007 09:54

those polar gear ones are good

but one with "pop star" on it [world gone mad]

OP posts:
oliveoil · 07/08/2007 09:55

woolworths do some nice plain ones. john lewis do too.

nailpolish · 07/08/2007 09:56

ooh monsoon

i wish they did school uniforms

totaleclipse · 07/08/2007 09:57

Blimey, would the food not warm upto a comfortable bacteria breeding temperature in a metal one?
Nice though.

expatinscotland · 07/08/2007 09:57

It's really good, olive. DD1 has been using it for all picnics - she refuses to share our coolbox.

She's going to pre-school all day so it will get a lot of use.
