Does anyone want...

I have these things to give away if anyone wants them (for postage costs only):

Grobag - pink and white check, age 6-18 months, 2.5 tog

2 x fitted terry cot sheets - mothercare, cream, one used one, one never used - but unwrapped and not in bag

Portable booster highchair seat - mothercare, plastic, uses a 5 point harness (not included), fastens round most dining chairs; similar to this but different colours I think.

May have some bits of clothes too but not been through it yet. Most clothes have already gone but found a bag when tidying the other day.

I will try and work out rough postage prices tomorrow too.

This was posted elsewhere too but the thread title wasn't very clear.

Hulababy
This is very kind of youI would be grateful for the cot sheets . I keep meaning to get some more and due to sleep depravation I forget . Let me now how to send you the postage.

colette · 12/01/2004 21:27

I am really chuffed

Hulababy · 12/01/2004 21:30

No problem at all Colette. I should be able to get them posted on Friday to you. If you send your address to me at:

claireandrich(at)beeb(dot)net

I will let you know the postage once sent out.

Not that good of me really. Just want to make room for the new stuff DD has

It's sent:0

Hulababy · 12/01/2004 21:52

Got it; will sort it all out this week. I bought the cot sheets one week and then we got DD a toddler bed that weekend so they were useless!

I would like the grobag if possible, but not for me for my friend who is having a girl in March. Would that be ok? Should I email you?

colette · 12/01/2004 21:56

I am off to have my hot toddy for my cold still feeling chuffed.
Goodnight and ta very much.

Hulababy · 12/01/2004 22:00

No problem at all Charliecat. Just e-mail me your details. Off to bed now but will check again tomorrow.

Cheers going to email you in a sec.

Hulababy · 13/01/2004 08:09

Just weighed these items and based on non recorded first class postage, they are as follows:

grobag = 280g = 1st class £1.01 + packing weight

bedding = 400g = 1st class £1.37 + packing weight

monitor = 720g = parcel £3.22 + packing weight

On top of that will be the cost of packaging but that shouldn't be too bad I wouldn't thing. Hope that is okay.

Thats absolutely fine Hulababy, do you want me to send you the money now? Tell me when and where Thanks!

colette · 13/01/2004 16:09

That's great e mail with the amount to send. Thanks

Hulababy · 13/01/2004 16:18

Hope to post tomorrow. I have put details and my address in each parcel. Don't worry about it until you get them. I'm not

Pie - I think yours says 3-5 days delivery as a parcel.
The other two are in jiffy envelopes so will be normal first class so 1 day.

Just need to find someone who wants the highchair now and I will have some more storage space cleared

OP posts:
Mum2Ela · 14/01/2004 08:16

Hi Hulababy - do you still have the highchair going? I would be very interested in taking it off your hands as DD hates her highchair and this could be a good alternative! Let me know.

Hulababy · 14/01/2004 11:24

All the 3 items are now in the post and will be delivered in the next day or two.

Mum2Ela - you are welcome to it. Just e-mail me your details. I will go and hunt it out and try and work out postage for you.

OP posts:
Hulababy · 14/01/2004 11:26

Mum2Ela - with a box round it it is just under 2 kilos so will cost about £4.58 to post I think. Is that okay?

Yes, e-mail me away and I will be able to get it posted out to you either later today or tomorrow.

pie · 16/01/2004 11:11

Yeah Hulababy, I am currently experimenting with a swanky baby monitor. Thank you!

(I'll be going to the post office either Wednesday or Thursday next week, I hope this is ok with you.)

Hulababy · 16/01/2004 11:14

No problem at all Pie. Glad you got it okay and not damaged. I managed to find the instructions so should be fine to work out. I always used it on mains though, not batteries - I imagine it'd run out really quickly all the time. Enjoy!
