asos have suspended their shares as they may not reopen for business at all

does this mean losing my money?

I've bought loads through ASOS, sent loads back, returned faulty items and have never had a problem with refunds.exchanges etc
Get another dress and give them time to get back on track, they will refund when they are able.
Is my instinct

zippimistletoes · 12/12/2005 13:01

I think they were already in financial difficulties so this has tipped them over the edge

still haven't opened the statement

Glitterygook · 12/12/2005 13:23

what a nightmare!

zippimistletoes · 12/12/2005 13:25

how ironic apparently they failed to fulfill orders last christmas because they didn't have the logistics right

so they invested heavily in moving to new warehouse facilities which pushed them into losses and now this happens

What are you going to do NDPP. Have you got time to go out shopping for another option?

zippimistletoes · 13/12/2005 12:53

they are refunding the orders from 7 Dec onwards on 16 dec

I've bought dd1 an idog from amazon instead, still disappointed about the dress though

Have just had an email from ASOS telling me that I've been given a refund because they are unable to fulfill my order at the present time due to the fire in Hemel.

Have just been into town and got a few metallic coloured bits and bobs to go with my 'old faithful' chic black outfit (long necklace/beads thing, small bag with wrist strap, plain copper coloured earrings and a fabric belt/sash thing). Also bought some yummy copper heels but having got them home, I've realised that they are too high and they're also too small (but a 6 would be too big).

sORRY bit giddy there. In Manchester anyway.

zippimistletoes · 15/12/2005 14:59

rofl OO , Haven't got time to go to my nearest Morgan or Oasis (Birmingham) this side of the doo (Satursday), so I'll have to go with my black outfit. It does look good though, classy. It means I'll have to return the red shoes though
