As my tans slowly fades i will be thinking foundation.

I have dry skin and have never really found a great foundation. I have tried
Lancome (the light reflecting one)
Virgin
Clinique(soft something)

I need a medium coverage that makes me look like I HAVE slept in the last 6 months.

Any reccomendations. My skin is yellowy rahther than pink ish and so I have to be careful about coulur matching. IS the prescriptibves custom thing any good?

I am such a fan of MAC I have stuff that lasts and lasts. It is the only makeup I have that I use up totally. All the other stuff gets used for a season or so. The tinted moisturiser is great as is the foundation, the blusher is the best in the world. I reckon spending a bit on good foundation is worth it, then I buy cheap stuff for eye shadows etc which are more seasonable. I do love Bobby Brown stuff for the natural look though.
