For the last 15 years, once every month or two. For the last week - almost every day. There is a reason for the change but it’s positive!

We have it most days if I'm honest, but time of the month, my tiredness levels can affect that. I'd say we always have it at least 3 times a week, on the weeks we don't have it every single night.

It really depends. We're both mid-fifties, been married for 26 years and have busy, fairly high-pressure jobs and family things which take a lot of time and energy. It's definitely important (for us anyway) to make sure there's time to maintain sexual connection. It could be once or twice a week during normal busy weeks - which is the vast majority of the year. "Quality not quantity" is definitely us these days! Holiday times - like just now - and it's maybe up to five times in a week.

Definitely noticed a shift to morning sex over the past few years as we're usually too tired at night and just want to sleep!

It depends on how you define it, if you mean PIV then less than once a week.

If you mean all the other stuff, then multiple times a day on a good week, once a day/every other day when "life gets in the way".

A decent session would be about 2 hours, but can go on for muuuch longer (with breaks for drinks and snacks of course 😀)

Been together 20 yrs, have a family and run business, so have been busy. For years it was about 4/5 times a month. But the last year or so has been much better, perhap 3/6 times per week. I'm early fifties so enjoying to the max. We have a bit more time now and the kids are a bit older (youngest is 11). We try and take a trip to a hotel every month or so. @CottagePieLaLaLa I work full time from home, so work start times are semi-flexible - it leaves me knackered with a happy glow the next day.

If we want to be particularly adventurous we have to be absolutely sure the kids are asleep, so it tends to be a past midnight thing, sometimes we crawl into bed an hour before the school run. A lot easier in the school hols!

Sometimes we book a premier inn to get some privacy and just get a sitter in while we go "out" 😁

or, if the kids are at school we fit in a nooner and I catch up with work in the evening!

@CottagePieLaLaLa I can't exactly remember the last time we had sex at night - not eons ago, maybe a few weeks back. It was probably nice but we did it such in a semi-conscious, mostly physically shattered state that I don't really recall! Thursday mornings - when neither of us needs to be at work - is golden time for us. Plus, especially if we're awake a bit earlier on these lovely sunny mornings we might take the opportunity (after a cup of tea!). Daytime sex is a great rarity as we are virtually never alone in the house with young adult kids still at home.

My husband works full time and I'm a sahm. We have sex in bed at night before we go to sleep. We don't normally have long sessions with loads and loads of foreplay but it's satisfying and we both orgasm ( a few orgasms for me) so we're happy.

I travel a couple of hours away for work and stay there a night or two a week and I think this has affected our sex life. No kids. We have sex about twice a week. Varies so much, just 7 times this year, can be every two to three weeks, longest 9 weeks then twice in six days, no logic to it

Hi @Sundance03 yes we have 3 kids, so we have to sneak off when they’re plugged into phones and laptops, it’s a bit of a game receiving a cheeky BJ or giving some pleasure in return while having a “chat” in the garden or upstairs… 😄
