Nothing to add but with the strokers, consider size. I have had some issues with Tenga with a slightly girthy 6'.

Man here. I like the idea of a prostate massager but I've tried a couple and they did nothing for me. I didn't spend a lot on them though.

I tried a couple of strokers as well but, although I don't think I'm particularly large, had trouble keeping them on. I finally had some success with a Tenga Spiral, which is a nice upgrade on regular masturbation or hand job.
