I have a similar type wand. I can't orgasm with it, I found the stimulation too general, I need something more direct on the clit, like a rabbit to be able to come.

I have a generic wand and its really strong. I have to use it with some sort of fabric between me and it. Is the Doxy better or just even more powerful. I am quite sensitive.
