Depends what you splosh with I guess, can you splosh with lentils or marmite? Or is that not liquid enough?

I think it's meant to be liquid, gunge like products. Or sticky things like sauces. Anything wet and saucy but not too solid I guess. On the videos they tend to use custard, beans, treacle, that sort of thing.

Logistically it would be a bit of a nightmare too, not sure where you could create a proper mess without having a major clean up operation after.
