For a woman (me, 40 plus) who has never achieved the big O, either solo or as part of a couple.

Something that would get an orgasm out of a stone (or a very sexually inept lady) required.

Be gentle, please. I'm not proud of it. Blush

Thank you Flowers

Womaniser...but be prepared for it being mindblowingly quick as it puts direct suction in your clit

After you have achieved it then perhaps try one that isn't as intense

maggie1862 · 12/04/2020 10:53

yes womaniser or Satisfyer Pro 2 , if you enjoy half as much as I do then wow , go girl .

StarlightLady · 12/04/2020 11:09

I can’t speak for the Womaniser. I do have a nains rechargeable Omax, which is excellent albeit a little heavy. I don’t think they make them any more, but you might find you can pick one up on a specific search.

But as a new starter, l would suggest the little Durex bullet, quiet, slips in a make up bag and almost part of my wake up routine. I travel a lot for work and it goes everywhere with me.

As for orgasms, l am of similar age to you, remember the focus is on the clitoris. It’s important to remember how our bodies “work”. x

Bouldghirl · 12/04/2020 12:24

Womaniser is undoubtedly ‘full on’. It really doesn’t suit every woman. I’m inclined to agree with @StarlightLady that the Durex Bullet is a better place to start. It’s discreet but powerful enough to get to where you want to be. Enjoy the experience x

StarlightLady · 12/04/2020 13:08

@Bouldghirl - I agree. In addition the Durex Bullet can be picked up for around £10 in Boots etc. It takes one AAA battery and its lightweight, which means it doesn’t make your arm ache. Mine has certainly lasted longer than others vibeys, l have had in the past.

I certainly wouldn’t be without one.

It’s so quiet too, l find it quite off putting to have something that sounds like a cement mixer in the bedroom.

Thanks everyone.

@StarlightLady Even I managed to find my clitoris Grin But while enjoyable I don't even get close (in my perception of what close might be) on my own, or with company. I just want to feel what other people seem to be able to feel but I can't. It's quite sad really. Can't think too much about that 😞

Have you spoken to your GP about this OP? Do you think it could be psychological? Good luck on your quest to orgasm, I hope you succeed!

For me it would have to be a rabbit. I've tried other types of vibrator but I always go back to them. Some are better than others though.

Namechangedyorkshire · 13/04/2020 07:41

I recommended the Womaniser/Satisfyer as I have heard how effective they are and may help Op get over the barriers you have .

However, I didn't want one as it sounds so quick and I don't have a problem getting to orgasm so enjoy a more standard rubber type one which is softer and love DH using inside me...takes a little while which is lovely and end result is very intense.

I had tried a rabbit but didn't like it twirling in me lol

Crystal87 · 13/04/2020 08:37

I turn off the twirling function in the shaft as I find it doesn't really do anything for me. But the shaft holds it in place to get the rabbit ears in the right place which is the bit I love.

Read everything on this woman's website and she explains it clearly. May be how you are using the devices, rather than the devices not being strong enough

Good luckThanks
