Clit piercing. What are your experiences?

I'm toying with the idea of getting a horizontal or vertical clit piericing and wondered if anyone else had one who could give me an honest account of how they affect things.

Do they get in the way during sex and masturbation or are they actually useful and make things better? Or are they purely just decorative? Do they snag on your underwear?

I have no other piercings on my body but I used to have my ears pierced. I let them heal over though because I didn't think it suited me. One extreme to the other huh? 😂

Well I'm a dude with captive ball rings in both nipples and when I'm in a form fitting t-shirt or jumper , some people feel the need to comment. Today in the gym a young woman was in her gym sharks and I was able to see quite clearly her christina (and the pattern of her knickers too). Judging by the herd of dudes swarming quite a few others could as well

The point I'm making is; be prepared to assess your clothing as some people do feel they have a right to comment if they get to know.

Disney. Good advice I guess...I have checked my piercing and isn't obvious...if it had been it would have come out. I had done for me and DH not the wider public. Having had it done, I would love to have nipples done but they really are obvious as have seen someone before at the gym with one pierced and did show so that one won't be happening.

Disney, thanks for the advice. I'd like to hope it wouldn't show but I guess you don't know if you'll be in that position until you've got one. I'd like to think I wouldn't care if someone could see, but I've got tattoos where people can't see them so I don't get judged. This is far more taboo! On the flip side though DH and I love a nudist beach and I wouldn't care if another naked person saw it. But I find naked people far less judgy than clothed ones 🙂

I'm hoping to get a VCH done in the next couple of weeks once my DH is back from work and can hold down the fort awhile with our DS. I hope mine goes as well as Yorkshire's and everyone else's!

Also, to the PP who helpfully pointed out it would make him worry about going down on a woman for fear of hurting her, that's very caring of you. I won't have a problem there as I don't like to receive 😅

Well, you could say I have visible tattoos if I've got my shirt cuffs undone. There are some people who assume stuff, but it says more about them than it does me. At most, getting my freak on is eating honey froyo in the dark watching YouTube with the dcs

Your body, your choice having got sleeves and chest done at the behest of my ex. What I would say now is that I want some of this reworked, as I don't think I would have got this all done otherwise. But it's quality art done by some renound artists

I have a VCH piercing. It wasn't particularly painful in the scheme of piercings - my nose definitely hurt more - and it healed really quickly and without incident. It doesn't catch on clothes, it isn't visible through clothes but I guess that depends on your anatomy, it makes sex/masturbation much more pleasurable (for me), and my exes absolutely loved it.

Though if you don't have a regular partner, I would warn new ones. I once slept with a particularly inexperienced guy and he thought it was 'something medical' but was too polite to say anything. After him, I always let guys know before they discovered it themselves. The information was usually greeted with a 'REALLY?!' and an enthusiastic dive down for a peek.

There's no need for guys to worry that they'll hurt a pierced woman unless they really pull on it - and anyone that thinks really pulling on a clit is good sex tekkers is a lost cause anyway.

One problem I have had is I can't remove it for surgeries and neither can doctors/nurses. It's there forever now. Hasn't stopped any procedures going ahead. I guess I could return to the studio to have it removed..... I have a tension ball ring, and it's kinda stuck.

I've had a VCH for about 4 years now. Love it, although I am wondering if it's shifted recently as I now longer get the sudden eye crossingly intense bursts of pleasure when it moves that I used to sometimes.....great fun composing my face if it happened in a meeting......

All partners (3) since I've had it done have loved it, all very experienced and very into oral sex and have really got into teasing me with it and experimenting with their technique etc. It can be a bit distracting if it's clanking against their teeth though!

Mine was done in a tattoo parlour / piercing studio in Covent Garden. Legs akimbo over a dentist chair while a trans woman with embedded horns and amazing piercings did the honours then asked if they could take a photo for their gallery.......all makes me smile as my exterior is fairly starchy and librarian.........
