Difficulties with schools, various discussion's

I'm just putting it out there, civil discussion's. Secondary Schools are not supporting our children, with the expectancy to comply with all their Rules and Sanctions while some staff do not, where does the superiority come from? What do you search for when looking for schools? Fighting a system for children to be educated. What rules/sanctions do you disagree with? Whats your experience?

I’m getting the impression you think a teacher should be sacked for a one-off, out of character incident of racism because a student would be expelled for this.

But a student wouldn’t be expelled for that so where does that leave your argument?

Teachers and nurses other professionals do receive sanctions and disciplinary actions for poor performance standards.
Which can affect long term workplace opportunities. They can with just cause be dismissed.
I’m not sure what you’re getting at really, many schools are struggling to cope with the behavioral issues in the classroom.
What do I look for in my grandchildren’s school?? Small size schools, high staff to student ratio, kind ethos where staff know a bit more about a student than what’s filled out on an application form (like family background).
Location needs to be peaceful. Reasonable basic rules, certainly no sanctions for slightly off dress code (unless it’s a formal event).

What inside information do you have that leads you to state that teachers are rarely dismissed for racism?

What inside information do you have to state that pupils are?

If we’re talking of imbalance and unfairness, I think it’s unfair that, when teaching, I’ve been sworn at, kicked, had books thrown at me, been wrestled to the ground. I haven’t done any of those things to a pupil and none of them were removed from the school.
