Thread continued for results day! Fingers crossed everyone.

Thanks cathyandclaire, we weren't the only ones here early so there's a bit of a queue. I'm sitting outside in the car, the wait is killing me, he's worked so bloody hard and I know there's nothing I can do to make it better if he doesn't get the grades he needs

He's off to Imperial College to do joint Mathematics and Computing. Crying here I'm so bloody proud of him!!!

School opened at 7am for results but she says she is not going anywhere before learning her fate - hurry up and get online Track!

DD2 got her results online and got what she needed for her art foundation course BBC - relief all round.

My Ds's A* was in maths so not the subject he wants to study which is computer science but closely linked- the bloody B was in physics and he isn't close enough for a remark. Son has currently gone back to sleep though!

I wish ds would get up now. I suspect he is awake but don't want to go in and stress him out. I am definitely worse than he is! Dh does not seem that bothered

Well done to all DC who have already got their grades. DD checked her's online (college system) at 6 am. All good - has her grades for her deferred offer choice at Edinburgh. Many texts with friends - most are still waiting for Track to confirm if they have made their Firm offer as they have dropped a grade.

I have received an e-mail with DD's results, she's asleep I think (unless she's quiet and upset in her room) I haven't opened them.
I don't know whether to wake her or quietly wait.
Am going mad here

We won't get grades til 8.30 but Dad has had THE email and she's in!! Bristol, here she comes!
