There's been very little about this - council workers should be able to go about their business with fear of toxic substances. Can't believe it's reported as a woman.

Police (and media) are lying about the man’s sex.

I wonder what the substance was that led people to believe it was toxic enough that a street needed to be closed.

Surely obvious that they closed the street because they didn't know what it was - most adhesives/varnishes would give off a chemical smell as you tried to remove them

Wouldn't it be nice if this individual - if found guilty - was asked to pay towards the cost of the police response and the clean up operation.
