I thought it was the teens and realised it’s me, I’m so bored. We live outside Edinburgh and I’m bored of traipsing round countryside, round here ( East Lothian) tho it is beautiful, I feel like I’ve done it a gazillion times. I’m bored of princes street and the royal mile. I don’t know where to go or what to do to not be bored!
There’s a slight hiccup in that Dh never wants to go anywhere, so I get exhausted trying to suggest stuff and motivate. And I run out of suggestions.
The teens are mega bored and don’t want to do anything, but I’m going a bit mad. Anyone have any ideas of where I can take them, or me!

I'm glad we did something - st Andrew's aquarium was amazing, and it's been the best trip we've done this holiday. The rescued marmosets are an unexpected delight.

Trying wardlaw museum next.

@JamMakingWannaBe - I live very close to Butterfly world and I heard that people offered to fundraise but whoever owns it declined.

This thread is great! I might even be able to lure my big DCs for a walk with the promise of those waffles 😃

Scottish Deer Centre is rather tired BUT the wolves & other carnivores are fabulous and the bird of prey talk/demonstration is brilliant.

Or World of wings is on group on again & their talks are brilliant too (& the cafe does a mean fry up!)

Boy STILL on computer every single day. It just seems such a waste of life.
Girl in room. Hope she’s revising!
