She tweeted a picture of a tied suffragette ribbon which the same guy who complained about a lesbian woman's tweets complained about. The police told her (MM) to go to a police station to be questioned and advised that she should be prepared to be in their custody over the weekend (it was a bank holiday). MM, a single parent who has 2 ASD children declined the weekend invitation on the grounds of childcare difficulties and the police officer, (who has made public statements about her own sexuality -she's also a lesbian) told her if she didn't go she (the police officer) would arrive at her house to arrest her, with a social worker who would take her children into care while she was at the police station.

The polis are just one of the many public servants who use Stonewall for diversity training. Organisations get brownie points from the SG if they follow stonewall advice and become 'diversity champions'.

Not so long ago an English woman who had called the polis, (a different branch,) was murdered by her male partner despite having called the police 7 times in fear of her partner.

I'm glad the charges were dropped I'm secretly hoping it may trigger a internal review of the legislation and also the aggressive response that has currently been held by SG on it!

The charges were clearly dropped because it would make a fool of ScotGov and the prosecution services.

😂 Chuckling at the news that from Monday will need to request another letter for travel abroad to make it compatible with the EU! England will have to do the same update, given our system is less than a month old they could have done it at the same time maybe..... Its not like they didn't know it wasn't compatible in advance!

So this will be our 3rd vaccination letter in less than 3 months, I wonder what the cost is of having to replace and resend it to those who request paper copies is.....

I have finally taken part in it...... Took a grand total of 3 minutes, I actually think I get asked more questions on my daily zoe app updates! All they wanted was symptoms still suffering from and what tasks this effected 🙄

How on earth this is going to "inform treatments" is a complete mystery!
Quite glad I'm taking part in a study by Kings in London the difference between the two is massive!

Yep the Kings one in comparison I have multiple tests for along with survey info.

To me it seems the only thing they will be able to say is x number of people who tested positive reported lasting effects. That's about it! How this is supposed to inform treatments which the SG spiel usually is about in association with this study I don't have a scoobies! I expected it to be a lot more detailed then it was!

I have a positive post about the NHS! Self referred last week for physio after it was suggested on here, I had no idea you could do this! Anyway, I got a telephone consult today, exercises emailed through, and a real life appointment in a fortnight. Great service.

I got an email about that survey, I wasn't convinced it was real but if it's real I'll fill it in.

DS has the hospital again today about his hearing loss/tinnitus. That's a year past September when he had his first appointment with GP. He got a private hearing assessment, then a referral, then another thorough assessment at local hospital, then months later an appointment at big hospital, which they cancelled and rescheduled. Then he attended and was told the hospital hearing assessment was now out of date.... Sooooo back to waiting for an appointment for local hospital. Assessment done, no change, wait again.... So now back to big hospital again. Really such a waste of time having to do everything twice. Hopefully today's appointment gets some progress.
