@rookiemere
But
*@ResilienceWanker* if you get crushed with masonry and have to go to hospital,there is a chance you might catch covid.
I've got a Lake District weekend planned with a couple of friends. I think it's too late to bring in any decrees that would impact it, but what with that and my new found obsession with being contacted by Track and Trace, it's hard to generate much enthusiasm for future events.
But I WANT the right to make my own decision as to whether I have to go to a germy covid hospital and become a Statistic. It's elf n safety gorn maaaad, innit?!
Fingers crossed with your trip! I know what you mean re track and trace. I'm looking askance at unknown numbers and unexpected texts again before answering them, and I haven't felt like that for a few months now. And I'm glad you decided to go for DL in the end! It sounds like a good mental health thing for you - and if you compare the cost against therapy or something, it's probably not too bad
(not that I'm implying you need therapy, or anything... but anything that makes you feel happy and relaxed and you enjoy doing has to be worth its weight at the moment!)
