if you have fallen in love with someone from afar ,but they aren't interested ,but you have to see them all the time,so every time you see them you have a little lurch and fall in love a little bit then remember they aren't interested again then get over it,only for it to happen again the next day, despite avoiding them as much as possible,what else can you do to forget about it

Feelings will go away after a while. Do remember that you are not entitled to a relationship with anyone just because you want one.
As to this particular situation, if you have hinted and hung around flashing your knickers and he hasn't at least asked you for a drink then he isn't interested. End of. He may well like you as in he may well think you are an amusing, entertaining, pleasant and even attractive person, but for whatever reason he doesn't want to date or shag you.
TBH I used to be a bit like this when I was younger (I am now 45). And it was always the case that these assorted men did like me but in some cases they weren't sexually attracted to me and in other cases they were massively hung up on someone else. Where there was mutual interest, it generally got to the getting-naked bit fairly quickly.
