Is anyone in love with you?

Just wondering...afaik, no one is, with me...though I am slightly in love with about 2 or 3 people

There always used to be quite a few, you know, well at least one...kind of an ego boost to know someone thinks you are great.

It can include people other than your DH/dp.

Shush about the cats!!!! they'll be FINE

Sure I'll miss the cats, but every modern love story needs a tragic twist.

No not Cyprus, I can't let myself go in a country that inflicted Peter Andre on the rest of the world.

I quite fancy New York. We'll do a world tour. Let's face it, people are going to want to meet us and bask in the warmth of our unending devotion burning like the heat of a thousand coals (smokeless naturally). Obviously, I won't be writing aforementioned epic poems.

Couldn't tell you the last time DH told me he loved me.

Not sure he even does at the moment. Don't think we are making each other terribly happy.

My 3 DCs tell me they love me every day, and I them.

MamaLazarou · 18/03/2010 19:02

Yes, probably.

Rhinestone · 18/03/2010 20:40

My DH tells me he loves me a lot.

Also the old man in the pub last week who told me I was gorgeous - but sadly he obviously had cataracts so not sure that counts!

thesunshinesbrightly · 19/03/2010 14:20

My new bloke and my 3 Dc's do.Quite a lot of men want to get in my knickers does that count.

darcymum · 19/03/2010 14:25

My dog loves me.

Do you write romantic fiction...?

4andnotout · 19/03/2010 16:59

Dp hasn't said he loves me for a few days, he is being distant and sulky as I'm having a night away on a guider weekend and shock horror leavng him to care for the dd's

I think he loves me but I'm not sure of he is in love with me, we jsut seem to rub along day by day without thinking much about it.

Really..?

I am genuinely impressed LeQueen....

But you know, I honestly think it would drive me mad if my dh told me he loved me everyday...I would have to tell him to stop....I think it loses it's meaning if said too much..

And as much as I love him...my eyes light up when he goes out sometimes...I need space from him....there's even been times when I'd rather talk to anonymous strangers on MN than talk to him...

I don't know how I could put a romantic spin on that..?

But thats only because I feed them curly kale and carrots.

JackSpratt · 19/03/2010 18:00

notevenamousie · 19/03/2010 18:06

Belle
My DP/ new man/ etc. 6 months has that effect. As do romantic texts all afternoon
Unwelcomely (sp?!?) a student. My male boss has many many female admirers who declare love and I DON'T envy him that, it's not easy.

daftpunk · 19/03/2010 18:09

OMG..LeQueen...I swear I just about to look you up on Amazon...

lolololol

I've just receieved some attention from a new work colleague and it's sent me into a head spin. Havent felt fancied for so long I feel like a teenager again - and guilty as never felt like this since being married. :-(
