I want a long term relationship yeah but after about 3 or 4 weeks I get bored and want out.

The bloke could be perfect....it does not make a difference. What is wrong with me?

I have met a wonderful man and after 3 and a half weeks I am like ummmmmm yeahhh ok....the fireworks and BOOM you get when you have met someone has gone.

I just dump them, it's always after a month, I get sick of them. They start to annoy me. It's really bad.

That's the problem. My dad was an alcoholic, my parents used to argue every night. I remember listening to them, crying under the covers. If you don't see a good relationship you don't know what one is. It frightens you.

Erm, why do you think you want a longterm relationship? They are not compulsory. It's perfectly OK to not actually want one and being single and/or having casual relationships doesn't make you a freak or a failure.
And a man who wants to move in with you after 3 weeks is quite possibly a cocklodger or indeed a nasty little shit of a narcissist. Does he say you're the only one who understands him, by any chance?
