.....just give us the top 5 a la Nick Horby. I will be asking my DW for a reminder as I don't think I am as bad as I am made out to be....

1. be optimistic and positive about life
2. be forgiving
3. be compassionate and caring
4. be funny
5. have that 'x factor' that makes me adore him

(but like Nick Hornby I will preob think of loads later)

practical stuff:

1. make me tea without me asking
2. listen
3. give me cuddles/make me tea (sense a theme?!) when upset
4. enjoy life with me, and enjoy me doing things that interest me
5. love our children, and don't regard spending time with them as a chore.

I guess the practical list counts on a day to day basis but both lists are interesting.

Tis interesting. Might ask dh to do one when he wakes up finishes putting dd to bed. The making tea one was included in our wedding vows!

Umlellala- 5/5 on your practical list. If I assume that I have the x factor, 5/5 for the other list.

Doing quite well on the other lists.

I think people tend to focus in on the micro things like: "he doesn't put the milk back in the fridge". WIll think of my list and revert
