Dirty pictures - tasteful, professional. Has anyone?

Does anyone have any experience of having them done by a professional like this:

If you have, please let me know.

Please let's not have more pictures of that white arse we were subjected to a while back.

IAmNotHere · 04/07/2008 20:38

No, catey, and it's unlikely many mners will, considering the Incident of the BWA.

A friend of mine dieted like mad, went to the gym like mad, then had a photo shoot in her underwear...

...because her husband had left her and she thought this would get him back...

it was hideous

Snaf · 04/07/2008 20:42

Isn't the whole point of 'dirty' pictures that they are neither tasteful nor professional? You'll have to try better than that, catey.

Anyway, what white arse? What did I miss?

catey · 04/07/2008 20:42

And no, I'm not going to subject anyone to them if I do! Well, one person and hopefully that won't be "subjecting"...

Far better to get a digital camera and get him to take the pics himself. That way he gets to 'pose' you, see you in the flesh and have the pics to remember it by.

Hecate · 04/07/2008 20:45

oh, and you can take pics of him too!

catey · 04/07/2008 20:56

Well I want them to be fairly tasteful Snaf, but I get your point. Do you think that we could do it quite well ourselves Hecate? Obviously not professional but good enough to look back on?

OP posts:
Hecate · 04/07/2008 20:57

I'm sure you could. - but surely it would be much fun to try!

I do not speak from experience.

catey · 04/07/2008 20:58

Would our cheap and cheerful camera be good enough? It takes nice pictures outside but inside they are always a bit dark. It's a Samsung and we bought it about 3 years ago.

lol LL

Hecate · 04/07/2008 21:02

I have no idea. Put all the lights on, aim a few lamps at the bed/sofa/fridge/wherever and see how it comes out.

Under no circumstances attempt to post the results on your profile page.

catey · 04/07/2008 21:10

I wouldn't even put a picture of me clothed on the profile page!

I do know someone (well, several someones)who does this and would do a good, well-priced job. It can be fun to do them at home as well if one or both of you is a halfway decent photographer, but if both of you are the type to leave the lens cap on or suffer from camera shake, it might be better to get someone else to do it.

YouNeverKnowIMightFlounce · 04/07/2008 21:17

i had some done with FYEO love them! we have one up on my wall in lounge! i will load on my profile

catey · 04/07/2008 21:18

Madamez - any of these someones happen to be 'up north'? These photographers are expensive in my opinion.

OP posts:
YouNeverKnowIMightFlounce · 04/07/2008 21:26

OP posts:
catey · 04/07/2008 21:28

YouNeverKnowIMightFlounce · 04/07/2008 21:29

catey · 04/07/2008 22:16

On the wall in your lounge?! Only just spotted that! I wish. So do they make you look better than real life - that's what I want to know.
