Agree so many people saying depression and anxiety but one in 3 people will suffer with this at some point in their lives, it doesn't make them a bad person, many have it due to trauma, yes there are some who wallow in their own self pity but many who seek help for it and are capable of allowing it to not affect their relationships.

If this is a popular belief then I can see why the divorce rate is so high in this country.
