OMG The Ick, what gave you the ultimate ick?

So boyfriend of a year ate his toastie from the plate by holding plate to face and pushing sandwich in, no hands. I cannot therefore unsee this.
Tbh our sex life is , let's say, poor at best. This has really finished me off. I'm having the massive ick.! Regale me with your equally dire stories!

I'm sure Dadsnet or the equivalent have had such threads over the years!

My ick was breaking up with someone because of their lack of ability to hail a taxi when we were walking through town. Icks aren't rational and even now I judge myself.

This is another example I've written about before on threads such as this one:
He was alright until he put on some ghastly checked jacket which I hadn't noticed up until then. He then walked ahead of me along the street, jacking flaring and whistling loudly 'here comes the sun'. I thought 'no sunshine for you mate, in that jacket'. Dumped.

Has anyone written an academic paper on the evolutionary psychology behind the ick I wonder?

Irrespective of the clothing the whistling would have made me so enraged , I hate whistling so much and it’s always men that do it. Always 🤬

@glendabrownlow im not a nutter though suffer from insomnia now and then, so early hours, I found myself on a crossroads path and found……’the crossroads appreciation society’ website, it’s a hoot 🤣 and then I found a blog by the woman that Played `Kevin Banks’ sister in the wedding of Glenda and Kevin, ripping the polyester bridesmaids dress, it was very nostalgic
