Mine was pre DH when a boyfriend at the time said something in a weird baby voice and then kept on when I said stoppp! Killed it.

Not me personally, but when my exes mum was diagnosed with heart failure her DH immediately asked 'But she'll still be able to clean and do dishes won't she?'. Glad to say that she FINALLY left him after that.

After we'd already split, stbxh said 'you're lucky I didn't turn abusive when you filed for divorce'. He had already taken my car keys off me so I had the smaller, older car to drive the children in, and cut up the joint credit card in front of me. Ten year marriage ended that day.

Spoiler.. with in 3 weeks of us splitting up he managed to inpregnant a one night stand.

On a happier note, I met the love of my life a year later and we have an almost 6 year old, looking back, I dodged a bullet!

Was seeing a guy for a couple of months. Had made it clear that I wasn't looking for anything casual.

Out for a walk one day after spending the night at his. We were joking around about some of the people we'd met on OLD, bad dates etc. He said he'd gone on a few dates with a women who was lovely. I asked why he stopped seeing her and he said "It was obvious she wanted more than just a fling". Walked straight back to his, gathered my stuff and left.

He sent a load of messages saying I had over reacted and could we not still continue seeing each other? Just because I wanted something more serious doesn't mean I can't have casual sex while I find someone. Correct, but you don't get to mislead me like that then call me unreasonable.

At least it was only 2 months and I discovered his intentions early on.

My god, some of these are horrific. Mine is a bit tame! Our first weekend away together in the Lakes, and he made a couple of toy rabbits shag each other in the Beatrix Potter shop, while making a weird cackly laughing noise. Not just for a second then realising I was not impressed or amused, continuing for several seconds as if he was waiting for a laugh. Oh, and on the same bloody day he refused to have sex with me as he was in huff because I made him miss his song on the juke box in the pub. Why did I not just leave there and then????

I am a complete fucking idiot and am still in this relationship, but have a running list in my head of 'yep, that should have been the end' moments. Including: not talking to me all night on holiday because I accepted a cigarette off a man who was at the resort. Different holiday - throwing my things across the room because I had looked at photos of a man's artwork he was showing people. Called me a whore when he saw a group photo in which a male friend had his arm around my shoudlers (and the shoulders of the man the other side of him!). Angry at me for wanting to go to a mutual friend's party, demanding to know "why are you so horny to go to this fucking party anyway?".

Leaving hospital after giving birth that morning and opening up umbrella to put over newborn, but doing it slowly because I was dazed from just giving birth, he says in disgust "what are you doing that's for the baby, not for you". Will never forget the venom in his voice as he said 'you'. Asking me "why do you never keep yourself nice?" when I was on my way to first meet up with NTC mums after birth. Screaming at me that I am a cunt and a shit mother for not using organic pasta to feed 1 year old.
