He's been watching tiktok videos on youtube. Litteraly most of the thumb nails are of gorgouse young woman in underwear and bikinis. I know blokes look at this stuff and hes only 36 but i just find it off putting, these girls are only late teens very early 20s at the oldest. I saw his youtube feed and thought He's Litteraly twice their age.im probably just being daft but it bothered me like im litterly nothing like these tiktok woman and it makes me feel like shit and feel disappointed in him tbh. I don't know why im bothered really or why I've even posted. Is it me over reacting?

So he has no choice but to view videos of twerking teenagers? Come on. I used to have a TikTok account and the way I interacted with the app meant that I got loads of content that was suitable and entertaining for me (political stuff, music, comedy, food etc). What I didn't get was sexualised videos of teenaged girls, funnily enough. The only reason that OP's husband is seeing context like that is because he is seeking it out and continually interacting with it when it is presented to him.
And TikTok is not a children's app. I've no idea why people keep saying that when it's very clear that the majority of the content is not aimed at or suitable for children.

I am under the impression that it started out as an app for teenagers, Im not that old so I remember when it used to be called Musically and the age group there was definitely teenagers. Then it got revamped and became TikTok and if now older age groups have found Niches on the app, all the better, more power to them. I still cant shake the feeling it is a kids app

@Sampafie but this is a thread that's literally about sexualised content involving teenaged girls and young women. If that doesn't scream "not suitable for children" then I don't know what does. There is absolutely tons of adult content on there. There's no way that anyone who has used the app in recent years is unaware of this. It's very, very clearly not a children's app in any way, shape or form.

Videos are shown to you based on your viewing preferences. When you first sign up, it can be a bit random but once you start interacting with the content ("liking" it, commenting on it, following accounts etc), the algorithm works to show you more of that content. If your husband is seeing content with scantily clad teenagers then it's because he is liking/commenting/following creators of that type of content. It's not accidental as he will likely try to tell you.

It was on youtube that i saw it and he hasn't got the app, i borrow his fone and I know its not there. Others have said that youtube works the same way so yeah he's perving which ever plat form hes using.

He could look at them all he wants but I wouldn't be hanging around in a relationship with a guy who did that.

Bleugh. That is creepy. There's no way I would be with a man who enjoyed watching videos of girls not much older than their teens.

Its shit but so common.. couple of days ago i was stuck in traffic.. there was a couple of really young girls about 14 walking along with tiny hotpants on.. i was quite mesmerised watching the men driving on the other side past me.. literally every car with a single man.. some really old.. were gawping..twisting their necks and i just felt really shit about the world for a while.. men are such creeps.. feels like literally all men.. and no doubt some of these men are married and many wives are in denial that their men dont perv

Its fir everyone. How many children want gardening tips, book recommendations, receipes, weight lifting technique advice etc.

As for middle aged women doing dances, well to me it looks like they are having fun and enjoying themselves. Nothing wrong with that at all!!
