Does this look like a lipstick stain on his t shirt?

Hi. I’ve broken up with my ex bf and was getting rid of some of his stuff and found these marks on an old t shirt of his. He would never go out in this t shirt and just uses it for painting around the house etc but I’ve found what looks like a lipstick mark on his sleeve???!! The mark is on the sleeve in a straight line and is nowhere else. There’s gaps between the marks so I can’t tell if it does look like a lipstick mark or not… obviously he’s an ex but would be nice to know if he had been cheating all this time!

Nope, doesn't look like lipstick mark but maybe some strokes of a brush with paint on that has been knocked on the t shirt. I am a messy painter and have lots of marks like this on my painting clothes. Anyway, he is an ex now so you can throw it away and not think twice about it.

What do you think he’s been doing to get lipstick on his sleeve? Holding someone in a headlock?

No. Who would be mouthing his sleeve anyway . Just bag it up and return it, don’t give it a second thought.

You need to get over him. Even if it was lipstick (which it clearly isn’t) what does it matter? Even if you had proof it was lipstick it’s just going to raise more questions and not give you the closure you’re looking for.
Move on.

If he had his arm around her, resting on her shoulder, his sleeve could be in contact with another person's face quite easily.

Hard to tell. But I have left lipstick on a sleeve before. Basically was being hugged by my dp when I was upset and ended up putting lipstick on his sleeve as I guess my head was turned to one side when he was hugging me.

I’ve had that kind of thing from cheap paintbrushes where the handle paint comes off in white spirit etc etc etc. Loads of things that could be but doesn’t look like lipstick at all.

I did unfortunately message him earlier this morning before this thread saying come and get your stuff ps found lipstick on your t shirt and he said I should be able to explain where the marks are from as the t shirt is in my house and like he would ever wear that if he was going to see someone…

Wish I didn’t message him now as I am very embarrassed!

Looks like colour run from washing brushes. Those awful red handles that get everywhere

Honestly if you aren't together anymore, then don't put the energy into worrying about it. Get rid of the stuff and move on.

You could give it a quick handwash rub in hot water🤔 Lipstick should come off, whereas paint will be permanent. Just to satisfy your curiosity 🤓

Why does it matter? You've broken up right
