I can’t even say it was an argument because it was one sided I just totally lost my temper today.

I’ve gone to the bedroom to calm down but I feel awful. I don’t really know what to do or say I’ve basically ruined the whole weekend but I was furious 😞

OP, he hasn't forgotten anything. It's deliberate. Look up gaslighting.

Please don't apologise to him before he apologises to you.

I'm not surprised you snapped, that situation sounds incredibly frustrating and him laughing at you to deflect the blame from him makes my blood boil. Your husband sounds a bit like my husband at times, unable to take the blame for his error and definitely unable to admit a mistake unless its pointed out to him. Its a very unattractive trait and screams of arrogance which really builds resentment and destroys intimacy. For you OP Flowers

A relationship where one partner is laughing in the other's face, the other is losing their shit and both blame the other one for lack of communication doesn't sound very healthy to be honest.

Don't you think it might be time to call it quits and move on from each other?
