Cheating boyfriend?

Hi,

So Iv been with my boyfriend just over 4 years and we have lived together for about 2 years,
Today I was clearing ore living computer deal and cupboards and was putting some stuff in my boyfriends bag out the way And I found some condoms in there. We don't use condoms!!
There was 2 different kinds with different expiry dates
One was 2022 and the other 2024

Tell me I am right in thinking there is no justifiable reason for him to have condoms?

Most condoms have an expiry date of about 4 years so if you have been with him since 2016 then he shouldn’t have ones from before you that go out of date in 2024!
He could be wanking into them to save any mess but I think that’s quite unlikely when he could just use tissues etc at a much cheaper cost.
Has he been behaving suspiciously at all? Secretive with his phone or laptop?

I have confronted him about it and his story was he found them in his bin at work and thought it looked bad so he took them out the bin as it's clear bin bags

But doesn't explain the difference in expiry dates

What a load of bollocks that story is! So someone else threw out boxes of condoms, threw them into his bin, and he brought them home and hid them because he didn't want them to be seen in his bin?! Nothing about that makes any sense, OP.
