Not been feeling well today cold symptoms over the past few days and today I was knackered I never nap in the day but I fell asleep on the sofa. He's moaning that I've not done dinner so I get up and start peeling the potatoes but I just wasnt feeling good so I just got up and left it.

He's lost his shit saying I never do anything properly I'm just a faker I'm always ill blardy blah (I have a blood disorder)

I just flipped and threw a potato at him he's been moaning at me since I picked him up from work. I've put the dinner on and come upstairs. He said fuck off to bed you ugly fat fucking bitch. He says it every time we have an argument.

Not really sure what the point of this post was just feeling a bit down.

You don’t call someone you love and respect a fat ugly bitch. Call time on this before it gets worse than potato throwing and name calling.

Why are you still with him? Anyone who called me a fat ugly bitch would be getting their marching orders straight away

Yes, you're quite right. Whatever the provocation, it's never ok to physically abuse someone.
I still think the relationship should end however.

Given you were unwell why does he expect you to cook dinner? Ask him to go get a takeaway or do it himself.
Is he incable of helping or self entitled?
Glad you threw the potatoes at him I would carry on walking out the door or buy a 10 kg bag and really go for it.
The point of this post is you need positive support right!

Every time, when people resort to name calling rather than trying to resolve their differences, they just prove they are ineffective at communicating and terrible at resolving conflict. A bit like children. Adults shouldn't do this.
