31, almost 32 and panicking that having ended a long term relationship it's getting later and later to have more children?

I have one DD but would love more.... anyone been single at 31/32 and ended up meeting Mr right and having more?

How old were you?

Am I being stupid????

I
Met my XH when I was 39 and had a baby at 42. I'm now 53

Had ds, my only, at 45. A bit of a shock at first but all good, easy pregnancy, natural but slow birth, perfect ds who is now 11.

The best thing I have ever done Smile. Without a doubt.

First two children age 32 and 35. My last child was born when I was 42. My husband held her and fed her Cheerios from his pocket during our wedding😂

It's hardly later in life - you're 31!!

FWIW I met my DH at 31, married at 34 and had three children at 35, 36 and 39. Life can change very quickly.

I met DP on tinder at 32 and had two children before by the time I was 35

ScreamingLadySutch · 16/03/2020 17:09

Last pregnancy at 38

fuckoffImcounting · 16/03/2020 17:53

Yes, met at 36, baby at 38.

welshladywhois40 · 16/03/2020 17:56

My story is mixed. Met partner at 36 and had first child at 38. We desperately wanted a second child but have now had two miscarriages at age 40.

So yes you can still meet someone but time is definitely not on our sides as we get older

Nogoodwithgoodbyes · 16/03/2020 18:08

You sound young to me as I’m newly single and almost 40 with no DDs!

Nogoodwithgoodbyes · 16/03/2020 18:08

DCs even!

HLJM04 · 17/03/2020 17:15

Thank you everyone for your comments!

Yes, I appreciate that at 31 almost 32 I don't need to use the words later in life! Or panic!

Sometimes when life throws you a curve ball and you feel like you've had a set back it makes everything you want in the future seem almost impossible!

Argh....... life!
