I have just come out of a 10 year relationship 3 months ago. How on earth do people date nowadays?? The idea of online dating seems daunting and pretty shallow.
I’m(a young) 37 year old woman and miss the company and having a laugh with a guy.
Help a girl out!
I don’t want to go on dating sites incase my ex finds out. He’s still devastated about the split and dong want him to find out

Firstly I would say 3 months is WAY too early to be thinking about dating. I rushed into dating after my 17y relationship ended and I waited 8 months. Online dating can be a nightmare - check out the dating thread on here, you will get a better idea on there.
