It’s a list of examples of gaslighting by Rebecca Humphries, in collaboration with Women’s Aid. I don’t want this thread to descend into comments about her boyfriend’s affair - I’m just posting this as I really wish I’d read it aged 19. It would have saved me from a horrible relationship, so much heartache and a few years of mental health issues.
I’ve also seen a number of threads on here where the OP could really do with this information.
Please share with anyone you think could benefit from it!
