Twiglett · 14/06/2007 22:48

hey DH slept on the couch last night

TheMoistWorldOfSeptimusQuench · 14/06/2007 22:58

Runkid, I share your frustration. They're a bunch of numptys aren't they? I too have had a very unsatisfactory phone call this evening. I was trying to discuss something with him whilst he was more interested in fiddling with his computer. GrR!

Spend some happy time with some other folks that you love this weekend. He'll be champing at the bit by the middle of next week

runkid · 14/06/2007 22:58

I just cant believe he is carrting this on after he said i need to grow up. Blimey pot calling kettle i think!!

My DH went out straight from work for Thai food....he's just come in now and I said oh there's no ice cream left, as I finished it

Oh.... I wanted something sweet

Me: Well didn't you get a pud out?

No cos I knew we had ice cream at home...

Me: ahh, well sorry about that...anyway, how are you?

Tired.....

FGS!!!!!

suzycreamcheese · 14/06/2007 23:01

NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:04

I'm sure Ian Paisley is just as blardy annoying as DH!! lol!

runkid · 14/06/2007 23:05

Am just trying to imagine my man as a vicar!!!!!!!

OP posts:
suzycreamcheese · 14/06/2007 23:11

nikkibfg..but is he as loud?..lol

runkid..is it good image?..

NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:12

Is Ian Paisley loud?? I've got a hearing prob so can't say I've never noticed that!

I bet vicars/religious types are annoying as well!! Going all sanctamonious/preachy at totally the wrong times!!

runkid · 14/06/2007 23:14

Suzy it could be interesting

OP posts:
NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:18

I still want to know why Twigletts DH was on the sofa!

runkid · 14/06/2007 23:25

I want to know why men are so blardy mardy

OP posts:
suzycreamcheese · 14/06/2007 23:25

nikki...shit i didnt know, sorry!

but yes..IAN PAISLEY IS VERY INCREDIBLY LOUD WITH BROAD NORTHERN IRISH ACCENT IN A SHOUT SHOUTY VOICE...
DH DOES GREAT IMPRESSION (I DONT)! ...

suzycreamcheese · 14/06/2007 23:26

blardymardy...thats a good namechange runkid..

NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:26

Hey, no worries! Its lovely...can just take hearing aid out when DS is screeching when DH is seeing to him AND every gadget I have vibrates....

NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:27

That's a good way to describe mardy! DH has been out all day, then out after work and I have no desire to spend time with him as he was giving off mardy vibes so I thought feck it, I will stay on mnet where my cheeriness and wit are appreciated!!!

RosaLuxembourg · 14/06/2007 23:29

A friend of mine is married to a vicar. He is lovely. Never seen him do sanctimonious but maybe he saves it for special occasions.
DH is mardy today because I told him off for making DD3 a white bread jam sandwich for her packed lunch. (Couldn't tell him the real reason I'm hacked off is because her teacher will think I'm responsible for the nutritional nightmare.)

runkid · 14/06/2007 23:31

Nikki thats exactly right i,ll never understand men ok one minute then weird the next

OP posts:
NikkiBFG · 14/06/2007 23:31

Rosa - that's funny! I can remember DH making sandwiches for work and he did jam ones (the lazy get!) and couldn't cling film them properly and actually punched them in temper to get them cling filmed, leaving a lovely knuckle print etc... and all I could think was...

What will his work mates think of me when they see the state of his lunch??!!

runkid · 14/06/2007 23:34

Rosa tell him to put it on wholemeal next time

OP posts:
RosaLuxembourg · 14/06/2007 23:40

Wholemeal would have been so much better Runkid. The teacher would have seen the nice brown outside and might not have suspected about the filling.

suzycreamcheese · 14/06/2007 23:41

nikki lol ... you should take up the theme and leave different sarnie imprints each morning..
poking finger..footprint..etc..
really get em talking at his work..

jam peices lazy fecker!!

i actually love making dh sarnies in the morning
