She contacted me via FB telling me she'd been seeing my partner until she found out about me, she humiliated me by copying my friends & family in the message. He denied the affair but 3 weeks on, he's talking to her again & he claims they're just friends.

How can you feel special?! He clearly hasn’t ‘chosen’ you. He’s laughing at you with this other woman. He’s ‘lol-ling’ about the very idea that any kind bond with you would be enough to stop him contacting her. The idea is actually making him laugh. The bonds of love, respect and basic humanity for someone he’s supposed to be in a relationship with are not stopping him cheating. Because you are not enough for him. He hasn’t chosen you. He just thinks you’re stupid enough to fall for the easy lies. In fact, he can’t even be arsed to lie to you, he doesn’t even respect you enough to have an affair in secret. You need to get out of this sick relationship and do some serious work on yourself to stop you behaving in this way. You need to work out why you think you are so worthless that you accept being treated this way. If you value yourself, maybe you’ll find a partner who genuinely does make you feel special. But this... this ain’t special. This, this is trash. Don’t be trash. Get some self respect and stop letting someone treat you like this!
