Does it count as cheating if it's with a celebrity?

My friend (female) kissed one of her childhood hearthrobs at the weekend. We were down in London and ended up in a club he was in. Anyway she got the nerve to talk to him and we ended up sitting with his group and she ended up all over him in the booth. No sex, but a lot of kissing and wandering hands.

She told her husband when we got home!! He doesn't mind (or so he says). The guy was on her list of people she's allowed to sleep with, she had posters of him on her bedroom walls and he's in his late 40's/early 50's now? Anyway her and her husband both agree it doesn't count as cheating if it's someone on the list or someone famous. WTF? I don't know if she'd slept with him if he'd be bothered even? They've been together 20 years, married 15 and neither of them have ever cheated before. Both just carrying on, I'm in shock she told him so freely and he doesn't mind!!

Cheating is cheating. I wouldn't want DP to kiss anyone, even a celeb.

That being said, I don't know if I could ever turn down Jason Momoa given half a chance

I didn't say people with mental health problems age quicker. He's 58 years old. He looks good. He doesn't look 30 anymore, but he looks good.

When you have mental health problems, just getting up can be a struggle, bathing can be a struggle, living can be a non-stop struggle. So, just because he doesn't hit the gym every day, dye his hair, and have botox doesn't mean he doesn't look good.

I also imagine that posing for publicity photos must be really awkward.

Back to the thread, the reality is that celebs are just people. They are people in the public eye, but still people. If your friend had fancied Tom in accounts for ages but they were both married, but had a drunken snog, I doubt anyone would be saying good on her. Whoever she snogged is just a person, as is his wife.

It wouldn't bother me if DP Sid this with a long desired celebrity so I'm in the 'OK if both parties are OK' camp. However if it was to go to anything riskier than a fondle, protection, and a one off, fine. A full blown romance, not fine!
