I don't know if this has been mentioned earlier but I find a good trick is to have a cuppa on hand and a glass of iced water. Use it alternatively to go down on him - this apparently is "mindblowing" - quite literally!

Keeping a small amount of the cold water in your mouth also adds to the sensation too.

Personally I gag on big ones so I use my whole hand at the base and use my mouth on the helmet.
