Would this make you question things?

OP you are obviously a loving mum or you wouldn't have posted for advice. Please speak to your GP about your concerns or someone at your daughter's school. Please seek help and do keep posting - we are here for you Flowers

I think you need to speak to your daughter's doctor about the UTIs as well as calling Women's Aid - 0808 2000 247.

The only people who know if your H is sexually abusing your DD is your DD and your H. Your H is obviously going to deny it whether he's guilty or innocent. You've said your DD doesn't really talk to you about anything. That is a red flag in itself. The fact that you're even considering your DD's UTIs to be caused by your H sexually abusing her is highly worrying. It shows you think him to be capable of that even without anyone else accusing him and planting the thought in your mind. There's a reason for that.

Combine that with the fact you mention he can be an 'angry' man and I'd be amazed if the book-throwing incident was truly a one off (though it may be the only one you're aware of).

We don't have all the facts and it could be that your H is an innocent man in all this, but what you have said so far is more than enough that you need to take some action to find out more and safeguard your DD.

Good luck. Flowers

Do you get treatment for her UTI's?

Surely a doctor would question frequent UTIs this is a 9 year old?

I get them, and have ALL SORTS of tests after 2 consecutive
