Someone please explain why they do this??
Lovely guy making all the right moves, few dates in, refers to me as his girlfriend (I'm not so sure about this, but hey at least he's keen)
This morning 5 hours ago he writes me a text asking how I am, to which I reply, with open ended questions......then nothing.

I will never understand this, can someone shed some light? Is he playing stupid games or am I just being over sensitive? I always reply to all texts regardless of who it's from straight away (as did with mine a couple of weeks ago!!). Why does this wind me up so much? WWYD?

'I'll string HER along' I meant. Stupid phone.

WitchesI know how tempting it is to call and pull him up but I'd be more inclined to just delete and move on, find a distraction and get swiping some more.

Oh YY I love how they self-label, 'I'm a gentleman' 'I'm a romantic' blah blah. My mantra - it's all BS till it actually happens.

Oooh I remember these days with my OH in the early days, constantly checking my phone getting mad when he didn't text back! Now the most exciting text is "grab some milk on the way home."

ive been googling and i found this thread interesting so... OP tried to describe what she was feeling because of the late responses. its a recent realization for me that whenever you feel that the other party is not as keen as they were before, we should not focus on the changes in the actions and analyzing them. instead, we should focus more on how we feel about these changes. It makes sense to me because no matter how we try to decipher the other side’s actions, at the end of the day, we could only guess really. We could use that energy instead on checking our own feelings and asking ourselves if we will accept that kind of treatment or not.
