If I called the police would they be able to do anything about it? Is he even doing anything wrong?
I feel like my privacy is constantly being invaded and I'm uncomfortable and on edge all the time. I shouldnt feel like this in my own home.

OP posts:
JennyOnAPlate · 22/04/2016 17:21

In all seriousness op, I am concerned for your safety. Please do speak to the police asap.

WellErrr · 22/04/2016 17:21

This is terrible.

You're not over reacting at all. You really need to go to the police Flowers

Iwishicouldflyfarfaraway · 22/04/2016 17:37

I've sent you a pm op.

Costacoffeeplease · 22/04/2016 17:40

Yes, police, urgently - he sounds deranged

Mrsnippycat · 22/04/2016 17:49

This is horrible OP, please get the police involved.

iMatter · 22/04/2016 18:17

Please go to the police right now.

I am concerned for you and your DC.

RunRabbitRunRabbit · 22/04/2016 18:38

He was yelling and swearing about crazy stalker stuff yet you left your tiny children with him. That's fucked up.

Call the police about the stalking. Sounds like you have plenty of evidence.

FFS don't leave your kids with an angry ranting nutter. How must they feel knowing their mother would leave them in a situation like that? Probably that it must be a normal acceptable way for people to behave around them, that's what they should expect and accept from people in their life.

The police report will help you get contact moved to a contact centre with supervision.

BadDoGooder · 22/04/2016 18:48

Please please report him to the police.
Show them the texts.
This is not normal, you are not being over dramatic.
I know from personal experience how badly this can escalate.

I say again, take your phone to a shop where they can check it for you, after your further posts I would recommend checking every smoke alarm, the outside lights, picture frames, anything that could hide a camera or a mike.

Look after yourself op. Flowers

Catfartstink · 22/04/2016 21:34

Don't call the police from your house or your phone. You don't know what he's upto.
Stay safe

Notasinglefuckwasgiven · 23/04/2016 09:20

This is terrifying. Sounds like my first husband. Be warned, his harassing of me culminated in a violent attack on me. They escalate the more they get away with. Please go to the police. Very concerned for your safety. Don't let the police fob you off ( I doubt they will ) tell them in detail about your fears. Remember, I told the story on here about my family member having running battles with a man who wouldn't leave her alone. He set fire to her front door while she and her baby slept upstairs Sad not trying to scare you, but it's impossible to say what someone so unhinged will do.

Unicow · 23/04/2016 09:38

Please report to police immediately. You have evidence in the texts and they can check the house for you. Don't let this carry on. Your families safety is at risk.

Unicow · 23/04/2016 09:40

As a pp has said go in person. Do not call in case phone is compromised. I would also try and go when the kids are with a trusted family member or friend to be on the safe side.

suzannecaravaggio · 23/04/2016 09:45

He sounds very dangerous
He believes that he owns you

pocketsaviour · 23/04/2016 16:58

Please OP please go into the police station, or go to a friend/relative's house and use their phone to call them. Make sure you have your previous crime reference numbers to hand. Were you allocated a DV support worker after he assaulted you?

You may find The Gift of Fear a useful read at this point. Please don't underestimate the danger here. This man is very abusive and his behaviour is escalating.

PhoenixReisling · 23/04/2016 17:03

chase are you ok? Have you called them?
