I can't believe I cannot actually get divorced.

Have posted in OTBT but no one there.
In the middle of divorce and my sol informs me that the courts have rejected my divorce application due to me still being "financially entangled" with STBXH.
I now find myself unable to afford to get divorced, move out or feed my DCs as I now only have £190 per month to live on.
Talk about stuck.
I really don't know what to do next.
HELP.

As per tha^t link;

Say that you are separated (albeit under roof) and the divorce is underway and that you will be moving out as soon as circumstances and finances allow (which they don't yet). Tell them the steps you have taken re approaching HAs for housing for yourself and the DC only. Emphasise that the split is definitely permanant.

If they make a mistake and don't allow it, make sure you get a written decision that you can appeal.
